Biofol 15mg Tablet is a detoxifying agent and folic acid analog used in cytotoxic therapy to reduce the toxicity of certain cancer drugs, like methotrexate. ✔️ Pharmacology

Tetrahydrofolic corrosive's 5-formyl subordinate, folic corrosive, may exist. Oral:

Calcium Folinate treatment is contraindicated in known extreme touchiness to Calcium Folinate, or to any components of the item definition. Vindictive frailty or other Megaloblastic frailty where Vitamin B12 is lacking

• Calcium Folinate should only be used with 5-fluorouracil or Methotrexate under the direct supervision of an experienced clinician in the use of cancer chemotherapeutic agents.
• Macrocytosis caused by certain cytotoxic therapeutic products (hydroxycarbamide, cytarabine, mercaptopurine, thioguanine) should not be treated with folinic acid.
• In epileptic patients treated with Phenobarbital, Phenytoin, Primidone, and Succinimides, there is a chance of increasing the frequency of seizures due to a decrease in plasma concentrations of anti-epileptic drugs.
